    Appreciated this beachside hotel: splendid food and courteous staff. I had a spacious and beautifully designed room with balconies and everything was fantastic. Tea and coffee making equipment, and glassware were an advantage.

    It offers huge and impressive rooms, and has helpful staff with the manager who was very understanding and attentive. The best thing is location - so close to the beach area, Dubai, the ocean. Beach & Coast district is worth looking into.

    fine surroundings but limited dining options

    I loved the sea view from my room and the cleanliness was excellent. The pool area was elegant. It was like a slice of paradise, with well-maintained facilities.

    The onsite dining options were rather limited .

    The beach was fine, perfect for lazy afternoons. I loved the cool vibe by the pool. The modern design of our Luux Room was fantastic. The hotel felt cozy yet upscale, like a hidden gem.

    My experience was annoying to say the least. The check-in process felt chaotic and unorganized, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. On top of that, the room was quite spacious but felt awkwardly laid out. The bathroom was huge, almost too much for the rest of the room. I was really disappointed that there were also too many mirrors. It. The restaurant staff were bordering on rude, refusing to accommodate a simple request post-gym for a banana.

    The vibe was amazing, and the beach club area was a perfect spot for cocktails. The breakfast was delicious. We loved how clean everything was, and the beach was just beautiful.

    On arrival, we faced a frustrating check-in experience with unfriendly staff that dampened our spirits. It took too long to get into our room and sort out dinner plans, which wasn't the warm welcome we expected.

    The staff provided excellent service, ensuring all my business needs were met efficiently. The room, an Ocean Luux Sea View Suite, featured fine décor and amazing views, which significantly enhanced my relaxation after work hours. The dining options were excellent, especially the diverse breakfast selection that included freshly baked pastries and organic juices.

    Wi-Fi connectivity could be improved.

Breakfast features a good selection, and it's hard to resist the delicious hot dogs at the bar. The hotel is somewhat secluded was good but not very convenient for frequent trips to shopping areas.

    Spent a week there and the beach experience was fine. Very clean and well-maintained. Limited pool seating made it hard to find a spot. The themed dinners were fun and worth a try.
